Ingredients

- 12 mint leaves
- 15 ml lime juice
- 2 teaspoons caster sugar
- ice
- 50 ml rum
- soda water
Recipe
- 1 rub mint leaves around rim of glass then drop inside glass.
- 2 add lime juice and sugar, half fill glass with crushed ice and stir to dissolve
- 3 add rum, top up with soda water.
