Ingredients

- 1 papaya (medium size)
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/2 tablespoons creme de cassis
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- mint leaf (optional)
Recipe
- 1 peel papaya, remove seeds, cut in chunks, add papaya, ice cream, vanilla and creme de cassis to blender, blend until nice and smooth.
- 2 serve in chilled desert dish or glass, garnish with mint.
