Papaya Creme With Liqueur De Cassis

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 papaya (medium size)
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons creme de cassis
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • mint leaf (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 peel papaya, remove seeds, cut in chunks, add papaya, ice cream, vanilla and creme de cassis to blender, blend until nice and smooth.
  • 2 serve in chilled desert dish or glass, garnish with mint.
