Ingredients

- 1 2/3 ounces rum
- 5 -6 mint leaves
- 2/3 ounce lime juice
- 1 dash gomme syrup
Recipe
- 1 place 5 mint leaves in a bottle of rum to infuse the flavor of the mint with the rum.
- 2 let sit for one day and then remove the mint leaves. now you have mint infused rum. if you don't remove the mint leaves they will spoil and taint the rum.
- 3 pour all ingredients in a shaker with ice shake 30 seconds and strain into a cocktail/martini glass.
- 4 garnish with a mint leaf.
