Ingredients

- 1 ounce coconut rum (can use parrot bay or malibu)
- 1 ounce amaretto (i like amaretto di saronno)
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- ice (as needed)
Recipe
- 1 stir together rum, amaretto and juice and pour over ice.
- 2 garnish with fresh fruit or a cherry, if desired.
