Green Mountain Skier's Maple Hot Buttered Rum

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • ground nutmeg

Recipe

  • 1 bring water to boiling in a small sauce pan.
  • 2 remove from heat and add rum and syrup.
  • 3 pour into two small cups and put a tsp of butter on top of each; sprinkle with nutmeg.
