Mixed Berry Fruit Shake

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 2 cups strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice cocktail
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 pint fat-free strawberry frozen yogurt
  • fresh mint leaves

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in blender container.
  • 2 cover and blend until smooth.
  • 3 serve immediately garnished with fresh mint leaves and additional strawberries.
