Peach Slush

Ingredients

• 1/2 peach (very ripe)
• 1 teaspoon sugar (heaping)
• 3 ounces whiskey
• crushed ice

Recipe

• 1 mash the peach with the sugar in a tall glass until fairly smooth.
• 2 add whiskey and stir to blend.
• 3 fill glass with crushed ice.
