- 1 1/2 ounces light rum
- 1/2 ounce pineapple schnapps
- 3/4 ounce pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup ice
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients into blender and puree until smooth.
- 2 serve in a stemmed cocktail glass, garnished with fresh fruit or a cherry, if desired.
