Frozen Pineapple Daiquiri

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 ounces light rum
• 1/2 ounce pineapple schnapps
• 3/4 ounce pineapple juice
• 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
• 1/2 cup ice

Recipe

• 1 put all ingredients into blender and puree until smooth.
• 2 serve in a stemmed cocktail glass, garnished with fresh fruit or a cherry, if desired.
