Mojito Punch

Ingredients

- 4 cups light rum
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 4 cups sparkling water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup fresh mint
Recipe
- 1 start by boiling the water and sugar.
- 2 stir constantly until dissolved.
- 3 take off heat.
- 4 add washed and clean mint.
- 5 leave mint in for 15 minutes.
- 6 strain mint and refrigerate liquid.
- 7 hour before party.
- 8 use punch bowl.
- 9 add ice (see above).
- 10 combine rum, lime juice, water and syrup in bowl.
- 11 serve in glasses garnished with mint sprig and lime wedge.
